Francesco Procacci, CEO, PH.D. in urban planning from Politecnico of Milan (Italy), is
leading the master plan and urban design team of 3TI from the studio of Ho Chi Minh
City.
He has more than 17 years of practical experience in the field of Urban Planning & Architecture in South East Asia, China, Europe & Africa. His expertise is in the development of urban design by combining design needs for quality & sustainable urbanscapes with investment and property development considerations.
During his career, Francesco has worked both independently as well as for globally recognized and respected architect and urban design firms as Project Design Manager for new urban development projects. This has provided Francesco with extensive and valuable experience in his field.
